The Story:
"Akiko" is a Japanese character that I created for a Google Visual Design assessment that would be used for eLearning courses. The look and color of the illustrations are based on the Google branding colors and overall design language.
As part of the assessment, I created a front and back full-body character design for Akiko, an illustration of her presenting in front of her computer with a low-fidelity Gmail on the screen, and in front of a world map for the theme of "localization."
Also included are two icons for the coverage rate and recommendation rate with preselected colors of blue and yellow

Coverage Rate Icon
Coverage rate is one of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for a community. It provides a high-level overview of whether users are receiving answers to their questions.
Recommendation Rate Icon
Recommended rate refers to the percentage of actionable threads which enter the Recommended state within a specified timeframe.
