HR Success Sales Onboarding Website

Company:
When: February 2019
The Story:
I asked my manager if I could revamp the onboarding program website because it looked outdated and confusing. With her approval, and after creating mockups and design iterations, I drastically changed the organizational structure of the pages and the overall look and feel to have a fresh, professional, common sense design.
Result: 40% more engaged users since new site went live
Logo and thumbnail created for the website
Home Page
I designed the new home page to showcase a sleek new, on-brand logo with a professional header image that illustrates what the Onboarding Program is about.
A brief introduction explains the purpose of the website
Icons with demonstrative photos lead to the corresponding chapters of the onboarding program.

Chapter Page
Each chapter page represents a step in the onboarding program new hires need to complete.
Many do not have English as a first language so the website was designed to be easy to understand and comforting to view.
A brief introduction explains the purpose of the chapter.
Buttons lead to sections within the chapters.

Section Page
Each section page has concise information and a list of buttons indicating more sections at the bottom.

Final Internship Presentation
This is a photo of me and my presentation poster board that displays the various UI/UX designs (including this website project), graphic designs and logo designs I created during my SAP internship.
I presented to many other company employees from different departments by walking them through my design thinking, processes and final products.
It was a great way to finish off the internship!
